The intro so far has been interesting a basic explination of how women understand their ways of knowing. This book examines 5 different ways women view reality and how they voice that reality. It is a report on a study based on human developement. It also looks at how women's knowing and voice are often devalued in a society. The first chaper endtitled silence seems aprehensively interesting. I'll get to that next.

ReplyDeleteYou may also be interested in my Blog. It speaks about this same topic only from a slighlty different perspective. The bottom line is that women speak differently than men, yet this difference is often seen as wrong, devient, or damaged.
